How do you review such a great product that helps me track my health? The orders, of which I've made a number, always come fast.
I follow the keto way of eating, leaning towards carnivore. I like the reassurance of being in ketosis and burning fat, storing as little as possible of glucose and glycogen, and keeping my insulin levels low. Every once in a while (maybe 3 days a week) I like to check my blood ketone levels to make sure I am on track. This device and these strips are perfect for this. I received the strips quickly, even during the Canada Post strike. This is a wonderful resource!
